The authentic taste has been replicated on the platter by following the guarded recipes of the God\u2019s Own Country to the \u2018T\u2019. The restaurant is now all set to launch their Puttu Festival from February 8 to February 17.<br \/>\n\u201cOwing to the incredible response to our puttu dishes during the food festival in Codissia last month, we decided to launch a Puttu festival with authentic flavours and special dishes in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties\u201d says Vijayakumar, Franchisee of Ente <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1144 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kovaimetro.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/ekpp-660x305.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"308\" height=\"143\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kovaimetro.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/ekpp-660x305.jpg 660w, https:\/\/www.kovaimetro.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/ekpp.jpg 758w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 308px) 100vw, 308px\" \/>Keralam.<br \/>\nThe Puttu festival will have around 10 varieties of Puttu which will include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian option. Some of the vegetarian options include wheat puttu, pineapple puttu and non-vegetarian varieties include chicken, beef and prawn masala puttu. The Puttu Festival will also offer some exciting flavours like grapes which is an unusual but definitely a lip-smacking combination. There will also be options to choose dessert variety of puttu which has a sweet note it.<br \/>\nChef Srinivasan said, \u201cWe have included kid friendly option like chocolate puttu and nut puttu for them to relish. Chef suggests \u2018Ayila Molaggittathu\u2019 a traditional Kerala Fish curry to be a delectable combination for the Keralaputtu varieties.
