This initiative is part of Cinepolis\u2019s endeavour to change the lives of young children for the better. This year, Cinepolis treated over 4700 underprivileged children by screening the much-awaited action sci-fi thriller \u20182.0\u2019 at Cinepolis cinemas across 18 cities.<br \/>\nAbout 116 underprivileged kids including 50 children from Vani Vidhyalaya run by the PKD trust for economically backward children at Coimbatore and about 66 children from TISSO a home that houses orphaned children at Tirupur were taken to the movie screening of 2.O at Fun cinemas, Coimbatore.<br \/>\nThe same was co-ordinated by Coimbatore United Round Table 186, Tirupur Round Table 116 and Ladies Circle 44. It was truly a memorable experience for many of these children who have never visited a cinema hall in the past and were enthralled with this initiative undertaken by Cin\u00e9polis. The screening was followed by a round of refreshments as well as an engaging discussion around the movie.<br \/>\nCinepolis has been organising this activity in India for the last 5 years and has so far screened movies for 21,690 less privileged children in these years. \u201cLet\u2019s All Go To Cinepolis\u201d is a global initiative undertaken to inspire, educate and brighten the lives of underprivileged children through the medium of movies.<br \/>\nSpeaking on the occasion, Javier Sotomayor, Managing Director, Cin\u00e9polis Asia said, \u201cThrough our CSR initiative \u2018Let\u2019s All Go to Cin\u00e9polis\u2019, we aim to bring joy and happiness into the lives of the lesser privileged children.
